The ChargeUp Explorer 200 has a maximum rated output of 200W which can be shared between multiple devices. To ensure safe operation, do not exceed 200W output when in use. The ChargeUp Explorer 200 has safety features which help protect your device(s) and the ChargeUp Explorer 200 in the instance where you may have exceeded the maximum rated output. In the event this occurs, the ChargeUp Explorer 200’s safety system will trigger the ChargeUp Explorer 200 to automatically turn off, preventing any potential safety risks. Should this occur, remove the device (see below for examples) that is drawing in a large amount of power. Restart the ChargeUp Explorer 200 by turning it off and on, and it should resume normal operation.

Should the ChargeUp Explorer 200 not resume normal operation after restarting, it would indicate that the ChargeUp Explorer 200’s smart overload protection system has been triggered. This would occur when an extremely high-power output has been detected, which as a result, will shut down the ChargeUp Explorer 200 to prevent any extensive damage to your device(s) and the ChargeUp Explorer 200. To resume normal operation again, you would need to:
1. Recharge the ChargeUp Explorer 200 through the DC input using the included DC connector wall charger; or
2. Recharge the ChargeUp Explorer 200 through the USB-C input using a USB-C to USB-A cable by means of an external power source such as a power bank, wall charger, car charger or solar panel(s).
