If for any reason you are not available to receive your order, kindly call our courier to check the status. Should you fail to receive your order after three (2) consecutive reschedules; the courier will return your parcel to the store for you to pick up. If you won't be available to receive your order, please leave an authorization letter and ID with whoever else will be around to receive your package.
