What do I need to do?
Retail Purchases & Online Purchases from Philippines
If you purchased the MagSlim 5k Magnetic Power Bank - Black, Copper, & Cherry, and the batch code reads 4625, 4725, 4825, 4925, 5025, 5125, 0126, 0226, 0326, 0426, 0526, 0626, 0726, 0826, 0926, 1026, 1126, 1226, 1326, 1426 or 1526 from one of our retail partners, you can receive a full refund at the point of purchase.
Simply take your MagSlim 5k Power Bank back to the store and our retail partners or contact the online store of purchaes who will assist you with the return process, if you are unable to return to the retailer of purchase please contact us .
